Perfect stay! Positive: Perfect retreat with a feel-good guarantee – safe, warm, and cozy! I had a fantastic stay at Dmitrij's apartment. For a single person, the accommodation is absolutely perfect and offers unbeatable value for money. What I particularly liked: Feel-good factor: The apartment was always pleasantly warm (I often had to turn down the heating) and the bed including the bedding was extremely comfortable. Peace & quiet & cleanliness: It was absolutely quiet and everything was spotlessly clean. The neighbors I encountered in the building were also very friendly. Safety: With the gate, the front door, and the additional metal door right at the room, I felt very safe at all times. Facilities & Technology: The internet is super fast. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped (fridge, stove, etc.) – there was even more there than I could use in the short time. Communication: The contact with Dmitrij was exemplary. He was always reachable and very friendly – a level of service you'd often wish for in Germany! A small note for other travelers: The apartment is on the top floor. You should be reasonably fit to tackle the 9 flights of stairs going up. For two people, it might get a bit cozy over time, but for me alone it was ideal. I would very happily come again.
