Positive: Extremely clean, very nitty. Perfect location, near to the old city, a bus stop is just around the corner. From there you can get everywhere including the airport. About 12 minutes by feet to the railway station. It's quiet in the apartment, no wonderful view, but no noises as well. Just once we heard how they picked up trash cans Negative: The communication was very strange, I suspect they use some AI bot. It didn't answer our question, was not helpful, just sent instructions and didn't respond when we needed clarification
