Apartment in Art Nouveau style building

Positive: Очень красивая квартира, хорошая планировка, свежий ремонт, тихое место, для отдыха семьи самоё то. Negative: Очень громкая железная дверь на территорию, даже когда окна закрити было слышно как соседи выходили за территорию и она очень громко закривалась, в первые дни не работал интернет, но хозяин решил этот вопрос хоть и не сразу( скорость решения от него не зависела, ждали мастера)

Issues to be improved Positive: Easy check inn, good location. Negative: Mold on the bathroom walls due to the closed space without a ventilation window. The smell was felt throughout the apartment. The existing ventilation is not sufficient. For people with allergies, this can be a big problem. The window in the living room and bedroom was without bars or mosquito nets, although the apartment is on the ground floor, and anyone can enter through the window. Maybe in the future these problems will be solved. Onother thing I didn't like: I was asked to pay the tourist fee in a privat account, which is by the way included in the initial price, confirmed also by booking.com. So in the end, this issues was solved by silence. Otherwise, perfectly equipped kitchen, good location, and super nice host.

Negative: Det var umulig å åpne vinduene normalt, det var ingen kondensator, det var mulig å skifte sengetøy selv om vi hadde booket rommet i 2 uker, sovesofaen var bare egnet for 1 person og var veldig ustabil, det var ingen TV-programmer tilgjengelig, ikke nok bestikk, stekepannen var helt ubrukelig, det var ingen stekepanne i det hele tatt. Garderoben på soverommet var ødelagt.

Positive: Świetna lokalizacja. Kontakt z właścicielem. Spokojna okolica. Negative: Duża wilgoć w apartamencie. Mało kubków. Zapach ręczników i pościeli. Miejsce do zaparkowania samochodu trzeba upolować.

Very nice stay. Positive: The location was wonderful and the street was very quiet. Negative: We had trouble with the wifi at first but it was quickly resolved.
