Charming classic Latvian Residence

Я рекомендую це помешкання однозначно. Positive: Кухня, пральна машинка , столові прибори, холодильник, тобто все для приготування їжі та прання було зручним і доступним. Рушники та постіль чисті та свіжі. Дуже комфорте помешкання. Negative: Мав невеликі проблеми із душовою кабінкою та кухонною підсвіткою, але завдяки швидкій і професійній реакції господаря все було дуже швидко виправлено.

Positive: Очень удобное расположение в 600 м от места деловой поездки. Теплая комфортная квартира. При возникновении вопросов хозяин квартиры оперативно реагировал и помогал в решении задач. Желаю процветания заботливым и внимательным хозяевам.

Horrible! Positive: Nothing Negative: Simply don't stay here if you want to sleep before 3.30am every night. Upstairs are crazy neighbours who run and drop and move things around non stop until 3.30 on both nights I stayed!!! No warnings about this in the advert Also, the owner cheated by promising 8euro refund which was never returned to me! Then when I kept requesting, booking managed to get 7, 58euros not even 8 as initially promised. Liar owner, unprofessional management. Refund was for the presence of their cleaner(booking started at 3, but I could not move in until 4:30!!!)

Negative: We stayed here as a family with a child. The apartment was very inconvenient: it is located far from all infrastructure. The hairdryer was broken, the shower was completely broken, there were no proper pillows, and not even basic glasses. The apartment is on the ground floor, so everyone can look directly into the windows, and it is very dark inside. The most unpleasant thing is that there are construction works in the building starting from 8 a.m., with constant noise and renovation sounds. The price absolutely does not match the quality of accommodation.
