Really great apartment for a stay in Riga. Positive: The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with many facilities and a really nice view. The location was excellent, just 1 minute from the bus station, which made it easy to reach both Kipsala Island and the city center. There are also grocery stores like Lidl and Maxima, as well as restaurants nearby, and the area is very walkable - even from the Old Town or the Opera, I could easily get back in about 20 minutes on foot. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Riga.

Positive: Ein schönes kleines Apartment! Man hat alles, was man braucht und die Lage ist super! Negative: Meine Heizung lief die gesamte Zeit auf volle Power und ich konnte sie nicht regulieren. Der Vermieter wollte eigentlich vorbeikommen, was aber leider nicht passiert ist. Dadurch waren die Nächte wirklich nicht gut. Mit Fenster auf bei minus17 Grad war es zu kalt und mit Fenster zu viel zu warm.
